Focus

Focus unfolds like a photographic film onto which images of the past are deposited. These images persist, imprint themselves, and continue to exist in the present. The work creates a tension between these two temporalities: a past laden with traces, and a present in motion, where something seeks to redefine itself. The central figure embodies this transition. It is in the process of extracting itself, without having fully emerged. Focus expresses this intention: to focus on what allows us to move forward, without denying what persists.
